IOM Seeks Cultural Excursion Providers in Six Western Ukrainian Communities

On 4 November, the International Organization for Migration published a procurement opportunity for cultural excursions across six communities in western Ukraine, with services planned from November 2026 to March 2027. The notice did not disclose a total contract value or per-person excursion price. The programme creates opportunities for tour operators, guides, transport companies and local hospitality providers; HPC can support tourism-market research, supplier identification and destination-marketing strategy.
